英検1級語彙パートやってみました

先日公開された2010年度第2回英検1級の語彙問題を解いてみました。

結果は23/25。すべての単語や連語を知っているわけではありませんので消去法を使っています。それでも1-21までの単語はすべて正解できました。このレベルで満足してはいけないので、今日も英単語学習を粛々とやっていきたいと思います。

イディオム・クイズ 動物編

実に2ヶ月ぶりの更新になります。英語学習は数ヶ月にも渡って休止しており、書くべきネタがありませんでした。ようやく先週水曜から国連英検に向けて単語暗記を始めたところです。今更ながら語彙力の低下を痛感しています。毎日コツコツ学習を続けて、合格水準まで高めていきたいと思っています。

さて、現在何を使って学習をしているかというと、ずいぶん前にブックオフで見つけて買ったまま手をつけていなかった『英検1級 語い・イディオム問題ターゲット(旺文社)』を本棚から取り出し、通勤電車のなかで取り組んでいます。全体の5分の4を解き終えましたが、イディオムのほとんどは知らないものばかり。実際に試験に出るかどうかはさておき、新聞や雑誌ではイディオムがよく使われます。何かの記事で出会うたびに調べて覚えていくしかないのでしょうが、ブログの記事にすることで記憶を強固なものにしていこうと考えました。さまざまなイディオムをクイズに仕立てますので、いっしょに楽しんでいただければ幸いです。
